Full payment for course and accommodation must be received 4 weeks before start of the course.
Please check course availability before booking (especially important for courses in July/August).
To register for a course
Please complete the secure online registration form for the school you have selected.
To confirm your registration, please send full payment for the course OR a deposit of £120 plus a £50 registration fee (total of £170).
If booking less than 4 weeks in advance, it is necessary to send the full payment at time of registration.
Registrations will only be confirmed when we have received the deposit (£170) or full payment.
How to Pay the deposit / balance
By credit card - Please fill in your credit card details on the registration form. Please note that if you pay the deposit only at time of registration, the balance for the full cost of the course will be debited automatically from your credit card 4 weeks before the start of the course.
By cheque - King’s accepts sterling cheques and Euro cheques. Please post your cheque to the school you have selected. If you are faxing your enrolment, please also fax a copy of the cheque.
By bank transfer - Please send the payment to the bank at the school you have selected.
IMPORTANT:
Bank transfers take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive in England - please remember that we must receive full payment at least 4 weeks before the start of the course.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure the STUDENT’S name is shown clearly on the bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: Please fax a copy of the bank transaction to Kings at time of registration.
IMPORTANT: Please take a copy of the final payment to Kings in case of problems.
