Our specialist courses are taught by a team of experienced teachers, some of whom are examiners. Kings Oxford is the second largest IELTS test centre in the UK and has an excellent record of exam success. Kings London is a Cambridge Exam Centre.

Our specialist courses include a thorough review of all the skills, vocabulary and grammar required for each exam plus tuition in exam techniques, self-correction techniques, practice papers, regular progress tests, regular homework assignments and practice examinations.

In addition to our specialist courses, Kings also has several general English courses which provide a solid foundation in the essential skills required for exams such as PET, KET, First Certificate, IELTS and TOEFL. Our Business English courses also provide excellent preparation for business English exams including BEC and LCCI examinations.

The Kings Study Centres at each school offer a wide range of self-study materials to help students prepare in detail for their chosen exam.

Intensive Cambridge First Certificate Course	Intensive course offering specialist preparation for the First Certificate Examination. Ideal for motivated students who are prepared to study hard. 28 lessons per week (21 hours), 8-12 weeks, entry in January, March, April, September, October, ages 16+.
Intensive English Course with IELTS	A full-time intensive course for adults with general English lessons in the morning and specialist IELTS preparation in the afternoons. Covers all areas of the IELTS exam. 28 lessons per week, minimum 2 weeks, available all year, minimum age 16.
One-to-one Lessons	One-to-one tuition provides a very intensive form of study. The student determines the content (e.g. tourism, banking, insurance), the quantity and intensity of their English lessons. Minimum 10 lessons per week, available all year, minimum age 16.

Oxford

GCE A-Level course	A-Levels examinations are accepted by all UK universities. Kings Oxford offers A-level combinations for most types of degree courses (except medicine). Very intensive tuition in very small classes. 2-year course with entry in September, minimum age 16.
Intensive English Course with IELTS	A full-time intensive course for adults with general English lessons in the morning and specialist IELTS preparation in the afternoons. Covers all areas of the IELTS exam. 28 lessons per week, minimum 2 weeks, available all year, minimum age 16.
